Amy Allen, Ph.D

After attending Harvard College as an undergraduate, Amy Allen, Ph.D., received her graduate training in clinical psychology at University at Albany (SUNY), Boston University, and Yale School of Medicine.  She was trained as a clinician with a cognitive behavioral orientation and engaged in both research and clinical work, with a primary focus on the assessment and treatment of anxiety disorders.  Dr. Allen has worked with adults, adolescents, and children in various settings, offering both individual and group work.  She is currently interested in working with adults, adolescents, and children and is excited to be joining Meridian Psychological Associates to continue her work in this private practice setting.
