Heather Kaufman, M.A., LMHCA (she/her/hers)

Heather Kaufman graduated in 2021 from Christian Theological Seminary with a M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She earned a M.A. in Sociology at Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis in 2007. Heather believes in the curative factors of psychotherapy. Her practice is focused on the treatment of adults. She is interested in a wide range of psychological issues, especially life transitions, identity issues, trauma, addiction recovery, anxiety, and depression. Heather employs psychodynamic principles, a client-centered approach, and existential philosophical themes to her work with individuals. Her primary goal is to assist individuals to make meaning of their life and find hope.
