Julie Biffle MS, LMHC-A

Julie Biffle earned her B.S. in Psychology from New York Institute of Technology at Ellis College in 2008. She earned her M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University in 2016. A military veteran, she honorably served six years of active duty service in The United Stated Navy. Mrs. Biffle completed her practicum and internship at Fairbanks and Indianapolis Treatment Center, with a focus on working with clients with addiction and co-occurring disorders. She has prior experience working in a school-based setting with adolescent clients.

Mrs. Biffle is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and has experience with clients who have complex trauma needs. Her practice is focused on the treatment of children, adolescents, young adults, middle-aged and older adults. She has experience providing individual, couples, and family therapy services. She is interested in a wide range of psychological issues, especially addiction recovery, complex trauma, marital and relationship concerns, anxiety, depression, and life transitioning. She utilizes an eclectic approach to therapy, to include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, depending on the needs and concerns of the individual client.
